Who can attend the tournament?

This is an invitation-only event. If you received an invitation or were referred by an existing player, sponsor, or board member, you're eligible to register. Not sure if you qualify? Reach out to Sarah at sarah@gunsgarin.com.

How it works:

Thanks to our generous sponsors, all golf fees for the tournament are covered. That means: You play for free, on a PGA-level course alongside Michael Thompson and other mission-driven guests.

Instead of a ticket price, we invite you to make a donation of your choosing to support military families in crisis.

No upfront cost. No hassle. Just show up, play golf, and support a powerful cause.

How do I register my team?

Email Sarah Bush at sarah@gunsgarin.com with your name and the names/emails of your teammates. She’ll take it from there and get you fully set up.

What’s included in your confirmed spot?

Each player receives:

• Access to TPC Summerlin for the full tournament experience
• Premium breakfast and after-party food & drink
• Player welcome gift bag
• Opportunity to play alongside PGA Pro Michael Thompson and other mission-driven guests

Note: Hotel is not included in the registration.

What is a normal donation?

Most guests choose to start their donation at $500, but there’s no set amount, we don’t want to put a ceiling on generosity.

Give what feels meaningful to you. Some will give more, some may give less. Every dollar makes a real difference in the lives of military families, and we’re grateful you’re part of it.

Where should I stay?

We’ve partnered with Red Rock Resort as our official tournament hotel. A group rate link will be provided after registration. Book early—rooms will sell out.

When should I book my flight?

We recommend booking your flight as early as possible, ideally by September 1, 2025, to secure the best rates and availability.

Plan to arrive in Las Vegas by the afternoon of Sunday, November 9, if you'd like to enjoy the hotel and the casual happy hour with us.

If you're coming just for tournament day, plan to land no later than 7:00 AM on Monday, November 10 to allow time for check-in and breakfast.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel and the golf course?

Although no official shuttle service is provided for this event, rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are affordable and readily available in Las Vegas.

• From Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to Red Rock Resort (our official hotel) is about a 25-minute ride.
• From Red Rock Resort to TPC Summerlin is a quick 5-minute ride.

We recommend coordinating with your teammates or guests to share rides if possible. If you need help with timing or logistics, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Is my sponsorship or ticket tax-deductible?

Yes. Guns Garin Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Sponsorships and donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor for details.

Can I come just to watch or attend?

This is a private, fully hosted event and is not open to the general public. However, limited guest passes for the event may be available upon request.

Can I bring my own clubs?

Yes! You're welcome to bring your clubs. Club rentals are also available directly through TPC Summerlin.

What’s the dress code?

Golf attire is required on the course. Think collared shirts, slacks or golf shorts, and soft spikes.

What happens if it rains?

The tournament will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. In the event of extreme weather, we’ll notify all guests of alternate plans.
